Grey Market Retailers

There is an old adage that states – if something is too good to be true, it usually is.

This is something that is very applicable to the watch industry, due to an influx of what are commonly referred to as Grey Market Sellers.

The following active online sellers are considered by WatchNation to be Grey Market Sellers and are not recognised by Vivienne Westwood:

JomaShop

CreationWatches

City Watches UK

WatchesZon

Best Quality Watches

E-Global Central

WatchNation will not price match against any Grey Market Seller.

Vivienne Westwood Manufacturer Warranty

Enjoy complete peace of mind knowing your Vivienne Westwood watch is covered by an official manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty ensures that any repairs or replacements are carried out in accordance with Vivienne Westwood’s warranty policy, providing reliable protection for your timepiece. Vivienne Westwood manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Should a manufacturing fault arise within this timeframe, your watch will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Risks of Grey Market Sellers

Purchasing from grey market sellers can expose you to unnecessary risks, particularly when it comes to warranty coverage and after-sales support:

Limited Coverage
Third-party or unofficial warranties often provide restricted protection and may exclude certain components or types of damage, such as water resistance issues or accidental impact.

Authorisation Concerns
Repairs carried out by unauthorised service centres may not be recognised by Vivienne Westwood, potentially voiding the manufacturer’s warranty and leaving you responsible for future repair costs.

Customer Service Difficulties
Claiming under a third-party warranty can be time-consuming and unreliable, especially when dealing with overseas providers. Working directly with an authorised retailer ensures a smoother and more dependable service experience.

Benefits of Buying from WatchNation

When you purchase a Vivienne Westwood watch from WatchNation, an authorised retailer, you are guaranteed a genuine timepiece supplied with a valid manufacturer’s warranty. Our expert team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and professional after-sales support. As an authorised Vivienne Westwood retailer, WatchNation works directly with approved service channels to ensure any warranty repairs or replacements are handled efficiently, minimising inconvenience and delays.
